We had a chance to go to Wal-mart to check out and take pictures of there “copy cat” sneakers. They have everything from styles that looked like the Chuck Taylors to the Air Jordan Dub Zeros. Nike is not suing them for those two designs but for the ones that resemble the Nike Shox. Wal-mart has yet to comment on the suit filed against them. The funny thing was that this whole time I thought that they had an exclusive deal with Wal-Mart. (sarcasm)
