Etnies will re-release their Sal23, which was created by Sal Barbier for their Summer 2009 Collection. The sneaker features a solid blue colorway, along with white accents on the mid-sole and gum for the sole. They also represent the number 23 which is embroidered on the heel. Look for these to hit skate shops soon.
