Nike Air Total Max Uptempo Black/Varsity Red

nike-air-total-max-uptempo-black-red-04 Last year Nike released the beloved 90′s Nike Air Total Max Uptempo Volt, giving old fans some love, and gaining new ones at the same time. With 2010 underway, releasing another colorway is the right thing to do, so Nike has decided to release the Nike Air Total Max Uptempo in the Black and Varsity Red edition. These are almost like the Volt edition, only replacing the Volt for Varsity Red, but that’s definitely not a bad thing.

The upper comes in a black leather mix throughout, with tonal black inner lining and laces. The Varsity Red accents come in the Nike Swoosh, the heel tab, the tongue tag logo, and in the sole. The sneakers also feature the translucent mid sole, and the silver lower heel logo. There is no actual release date as of yet, but stay tuned for any updates.
