We know all the hype in Video games now is about the Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and the Nintendo Wii but we can’t forget that it all started with the NES and SNES. So now a chance to go back, this console has recently released where you can play all of your classic NES and SNES video games.  It comes with two SNES controllers but you can still use your old ones if you still have them and you simply pop in the cartridges connect it to your TV and play. A couple of days back we presented you with a pair of Supras that where set to be releasing in 2009 in a very nice all white colorway. They where featured by Ben Baller on Fly Society’s new music video called Superstar. Well you can check out the video above and I have looked through it twice and have yet to see a shot that you can actually see the kicks in. When I first heard about the kicks the hype was that Ben Baller was rockin them in the video but I can’t seem to find the part in the video where you can see them. If you find it let us know and drop a comment.

Just when we though Activision was done with the Guitar Hero era, they’ve introduced us to there Guitar Hero Metallica. I played all the Guitar Heros and I must say that when I played World Tour I was a bit disappointed. The concept of the game is the same but the challage as dumbed down a bit. They did add more features which was a plus. Anyways just like the Aero Smith Guitar Hero, this is inspired by Metallica. Game to be released sometime next year. Tomorrow is going to be big day for most DC and MK fans. Although this game doesn’t portray the old Mortal Kombat, which is based on blood and gore, this game looks like it’s going to be a big hit. The game is T for Teen which we said earlier is a surprise since all MK games are M for Mature. I am very excited for this game and I actually have been looking forward to picking this game up. The game isn’t based on good vs evil which most games are about. We usually see it Joker vs Batman or Scorpion vs Johny Cage, this time it’s Joker & Batman vs Johny Cage vs Scorpion. It’s a battle of two worlds, but who will win? If you wanna find out you better go buy this game tomorrow!

Every day we see new video games being released with amazing graphics, game play and stories but here we see Ian Dallas taking another approach at the gaming industry. This game is entirely black and white and features levels which are either all white or all black. The way that you uncover the scenery or figure out where to go is by throwing balls of ink on the walls which then splatter to show you the path. I think it’s a really cool concept but I’m not sure I could play this game without getting bored for more then 30 min. Here we have a nice little flashback tee from Nike Sportswear. This is the Nike Sportswear – Dunk Hunt Tee and it brings back all the memories from my Nintendo days of playing the first Super Mario as well as the mini game which was called Duck Hunt. This has the same theme as the mini game but is called Dunk Hunt and is printed on the front of and looks like the sneaker is flying. The one thing I would change about this tee though is I would have printed the graphic of the sneakers onto a Nintendo cartridge design. This is probably one of the coolest things I have seen that has been inspired by the Joker. The Joker Rockband Guitar – Xbox 360. The guitar will work not only for Rockband 1 but also for Rockband 2. The guitar has a face of Joker along with his famous catch phrase ” Why So Serious ” written in a red bloody style. The guitar will come in the Rockband Joker guitar case which you can see in the picture below. It’s also said that a Joker guitar will be released for Guitar Hero World Tour so look out for that as well. The guitar is going for $350 right now in Ebay.

Piranha Plant Fights Back - Super Mario Fan Art

I grew up around the Nintendo gaming console playing the original Super Mario so for me It’s always nice to run across a piece of fan art that actually passes the memories of the classic Super Mario games. Here is a piece designed by Sebastien Harding where the tiny Piranha Plant that used to jump out of the tube fights back. Mario is tiny compared to the huge plant and has a surprised look form seeing something so big. I really like the details used and how it actually looks like a professional piece of fan art. Nintendo has just announced that they will be releasing a brand new juiced up version of the Nintendo DS, the Nintendo DSi. The new DSi will be sporting two cameras, one for pictures and the other located on the front of the DSi. Both of the release versions will be in a matt black and white. The screen has also has been made larger. Also the Nintendo DSi now has a SD slot for you to add your content on your DSi. The DSi will now have a store for you to purchase items similar to the psp store. The Nintendo DSi will be released in Japan on November 1st for the price tag of $180.00.
